2013 Animal Protection League Events
Event: Bowling Fundraiser
Date: Saturday, March 2
Time: Check-in begins 4:30PM; Bowling from 5:00PM-8:00PM
Location: Cooper's Sports Bowl, 1920 E 53rd Street, Anderson, IN
Have fun in this exciting bowling event and help raise funds for the Animal Protection League. The event includes 3 games of bowling and shoe rental---added fun with colored pin challenges and prizes. Sign up to bowl individually or with a team (team consists of 5 bowlers). Tickets are $12/person. To reserve your spot, contact Deb Shearer at 765-620-9222 or dshearer51@aol.com. Following the event, enjoy dinner in Shout's Sports Pub & Eatery (inside Coopers Sports Bowl). 10% of all food and beverage sales go to the Animal Protection League. Drink specials available!

Location: The Edge Golf Course, 519 Golf Club Rd, Anderson, IN
Call The Edge at 765-643-6336 for last-minute entries! All sorts of changes are in store for our third annual Pars for Paws golf tournament. First, we've moved the date to Thursday, June 6; second, we've moved the location to the Edgewood Golf Club ("The Edge"), where festivities begin with lunch at 11:30 followed by a 12:45 call to carts. Third, we've increased the number of ways APL boosters can get involved. Golfers can register their teams by calling The Edge Pro Shop at 765-643-6336 or by sending a team check ($280) to APL Pars for Paws at 5839 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Anderson, IN 46013. Sponsors -- gold, silver or bronze -- can choose the level that fits their budgets. Got a question? Call Gena at 765-730-9225.
