Welcome to The Animal Protection League Adoption Program. Our application questionnaire is designed to help us make the best possible connection for you and our homeless animals. Please be prepared to list your veterinarian's information and two references who are non-family members and do not live with you.
Download our forms to make your connection with a homeless animal or fill out the online form below. Once you have completed the application, click the "SUBMIT" button and our Adoption Team will follow up with you shortly.

Meet and greets for you and your family, including your pets, will be arranged,
after your application has been processed. Meetings are required and by appointment ONLY.
A scheduled meet and greet does not guarantee an adoption.
Submission of an application does not guarantee an adoption.
